VPN CONNECTION

We will install a VPN connection (Virtual Private Network) between your company and our infrastructure to ensure a secure connection. This is achieved by sharing specific credentials and a certificate. You will receive the certificate via email so you (with our help) or your IT department can install it on your system. We can also use your existing VPN if you already have one.

After that, your team can scan and store all the documents, and prepare them to be accessible by us after logging in your computer(s) via secure remote desktop such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn Pro to get the work done.

CLOUD SERVICES

Cloud technologies are becoming more reliable each day. They ensure business continuity, efficiency and flexibility. All cloud based applications have by default SSL (Secure Socked Layer) connection to encrypt the communication between the browser and the cloud sever. As a result, using cloud based APPs such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Navision etc. will allow us to work directly with your data by logging in these applications where you need to process your files.

If you have physical documents, you can scan and store them on a cloud based file hosting such as Dropbox, Google drive etc. or share them with us from your server / computer via VPN connection. Our team will help you automatize this process.

After completing all the needed tasks, you will get a detailed report by email.

YOUR CHOICE

The following alternatives are not much recommended, not only for security reasons but also for lack of automation,  stability and possibility of human errors.

They include traditional channels like email, FTPS (Secure File Transfer Protocol), etc. We can mix the VPN with FTPS to exchange the files or we can use a cloud based file hosting service. In every situation your team has to scan the documents and store them in your servers / computers or on cloud.

After receiving and processing the information, we can send you back the results to be imported on your system. In this case as well, you will be notified by email when the process is completed.
